HOW DO THE PLANS WORK?
GP4:3
GP4:3 is a great option for anyone wanting to see significant results, and thanks to its regular routine, is ideal for those who can pre-plan their week in advance.
Based on a schedule of alternate day fasting; you’ll fast for three non-consecutive days a week, on which you’ll consume a limited number of calories.
Each Fasting Day is followed by a Mindful Day when you’ll consume a more normal amount of calories, calculated just for you. Not forgetting the all important Magic Day, when anything goes and you can treat yourself to all your favourites!
This way of eating means you will consume less energy than you use and in turn your body will begin to break down fat stores. But by increasing your calorie intake on Mindful Days, your metabolism won’t be affected.**

GP16:8 works on the basis of Fasting Windows rather than whole Fasting Days
